Associate Director - Planning
Associate Director - Planning
We are currently working with a leading international multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to recruit a Associate Director - Planning into the business.
You will play a key role in the continued growth of the company's minerals and waste planning services, managing and directing projects for waste contractors, minerals companies and local authorities throughout the UK.
Due to the company's success a large volume of business has been won, with work ranging from preparing applications and EIAs for opencast coast, rock, sand and gravel quarries, energy from waste, recycling and composting applicationg and EIAs and also providing support to LAs and waste contractors on their procurement activities.
Successful candidates should fit the following criteria:
- Degree qualified in Geography, Planning, Surveying or related discipline.
- Experience in leading planning applications for mineral and waste projects.
- Experience in undertaking EIA (desirable)
- Demonstrate innovation of thinking and a successful track record of securing and delivering consultancy projects.
- Be comfortable in supervising the work and development of staff.
